CHD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,875 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWILCH, SOD2, and AUNIP. Each is linked with CHD9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD9-to-partner and partner-to-CHD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWILCH grouped by CHD9-low versus CHD9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
