Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN2, GSKIP, and UBXN8. Each is linked with CHD8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD8-to-partner and partner-to-CHD8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXN2 grouped by CHD8-low versus CHD8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
