CHD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,196 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASTOR1, BBS7, and NUP54. Each is linked with CHD8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD8-to-partner and partner-to-CHD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASTOR1 grouped by CHD8-low versus CHD8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
