CHD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,316 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF22, MRPS15, and FCER1A. Each is linked with CHD5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD5-to-partner and partner-to-CHD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF22 grouped by CHD5-low versus CHD5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
