CHD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,815 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVR2B, METTL4, and ACYP1. Each is linked with CHD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD5-to-partner and partner-to-CHD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACVR2B grouped by CHD5-low versus CHD5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
