CHD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Akt, and Cyclin-E1. Each is linked with CHD4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD4-to-partner and partner-to-CHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CHD4-low versus CHD4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
