CHD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Annexin-1, and TFRC. Each is linked with CHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD2-to-partner and partner-to-CHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CHD2-low versus CHD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
