Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHCHD6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHCHD6 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CHCHD6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHCHD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where CHCHD6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
