CHCHD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,265 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are U2SURP, PNN, and UBXN7. Each is linked with CHCHD6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD6-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD6 versus U2SURP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
