CHCHD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,264 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, AKNA_S52, and HSPA5. Each is linked with CHCHD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD5-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD5 versus CDC73 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
