CHCHD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, LINC02084, and HNRNPCL3. Each is linked with CHCHD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD5-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by CHCHD5-low versus CHCHD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
