Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHCHD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHCHD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAOA, LCE1C, and SLC5A8. Each is linked with CHCHD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD5-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAOA grouped by CHCHD5-low versus CHCHD5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
