Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHCHD10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHCHD10 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CHCHD10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHCHD10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and KIRC are the cancer types where CHCHD10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
