Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHCHD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4. Each is linked with CHCHD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD10-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD10 results are reported.
