CHAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATL1, PHF5A, and E2F1. Each is linked with CHAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAT-to-partner and partner-to-CHAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PATL1 grouped by CHAT-low versus CHAT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
