CHAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pS65, Cyclin-B1, and PCNA. Each is linked with CHAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAT-to-partner and partner-to-CHAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pS65 grouped by CHAT-low versus CHAT-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
