CHAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP4-6, OR4D2, and TGIF2LX. Each is linked with CHAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAT-to-partner and partner-to-CHAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP4-6 grouped by CHAT-low versus CHAT-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
