CHAD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY12, MIR6075, and LINC02531. Each is linked with CHAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAD-to-partner and partner-to-CHAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY12 grouped by CHAD-low versus CHAD-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
