CHAC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4262, MIR4445, and RNU6-966P. Each is linked with CHAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAC2-to-partner and partner-to-CHAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4262 grouped by CHAC2-low versus CHAC2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
