CHAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF7, PTPN11, and TIGIT. Each is linked with CHAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF7 grouped by CHAC1-low versus CHAC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
