CHAC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHAC1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,161 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRUNE1, CHRM4, and LHFPL3. Each is linked with CHAC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRUNE1 grouped by CHAC1-low versus CHAC1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
