Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,232 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CGNL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CGNL1_S283, CGNL1_S297, and RRP36_S73. Each is linked with CGNL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGNL1-to-partner and partner-to-CGNL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGNL1 versus CGNL1_S283 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
