CGNL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGNL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGNL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUSL1, SLC25A19, and GAS2L1. Each is linked with CGNL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGNL1-to-partner and partner-to-CGNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PUSL1 grouped by CGNL1-low versus CGNL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
