CGN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,080 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF1, KLHL2, and SETD7. Each is linked with CGN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGN-to-partner and partner-to-CGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLF1 grouped by CGN-low versus CGN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
