CFP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,484 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, SPN, and CLIC2. Each is linked with CFP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFP-to-partner and partner-to-CFP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFP versus IL16 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
