CFP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,376 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD93, TREM1, and GFPT2. Each is linked with CFP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFP-to-partner and partner-to-CFP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFP versus CD93 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
