CFP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,202 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIPAP1, KCTD13, and UCP3. Each is linked with CFP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFP-to-partner and partner-to-CFP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFP versus GRIPAP1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
