Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,663 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of translational initiation, and Regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase. Each is linked with CFP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFP-to-partner and partner-to-CFP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by CFP-low versus CFP-high in BONE.
