CFLAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFLAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFLAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P59, POMP, and DHCR24-DT. Each is linked with CFLAR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFLAR-to-partner and partner-to-CFLAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P59 grouped by CFLAR-low versus CFLAR-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFLAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFLAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
