CFL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 205 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-389P, MIR1237, and RNA5SP432. Each is linked with CFL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFL1-to-partner and partner-to-CFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-389P grouped by CFL1-low versus CFL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
