CFI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFI RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,499 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFI-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1R, C4A, and SGMS2. Each is linked with CFI in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFI-to-partner and partner-to-CFI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFI→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
