CFI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2_S723, DPYD, and ESF1_S153. Each is linked with CFI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFI-to-partner and partner-to-CFI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFI→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
