Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,857 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFI-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIPK2B, F13A1, and FAP. Each is linked with CFI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFI-to-partner and partner-to-CFI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFI→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
