CFI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,870 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, OR8B10P, and OR10AK1P. Each is linked with CFI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFI-to-partner and partner-to-CFI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFI→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
