CFHR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFHR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,639 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFHR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SASS6, MIS18A, and KLC2. Each is linked with CFHR5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFHR5-to-partner and partner-to-CFHR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SASS6 grouped by CFHR5-low versus CFHR5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFHR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFHR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
