CFHR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFHR4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFHR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eEF2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with CFHR4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFHR4-to-partner and partner-to-CFHR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by CFHR4-low versus CFHR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFHR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFHR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
