CFHR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFHR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFHR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRX1 and GRXCR1. Each is linked with CFHR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFHR4-to-partner and partner-to-CFHR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPRX1 grouped by CFHR4-low versus CFHR4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFHR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFHR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
