CFHR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFHR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFHR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A6OS, CMC2, and PRIMPOL. Each is linked with CFHR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFHR3-to-partner and partner-to-CFHR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A6OS grouped by CFHR3-low versus CFHR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFHR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFHR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
