Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CFDP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CFDP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CFDP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CFDP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and BRCA are the cancer types where CFDP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
