CFDP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,177 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFDP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP10, DHX38, and DDX19A. Each is linked with CFDP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CFDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFDP1 versus USP10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
