CFDP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFDP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,421 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSDL1, MTHFSD, and ZFP1. Each is linked with CFDP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CFDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFDP1 versus HSDL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
