CFDP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 491 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-9P, LIN7C, and PGAP2. Each is linked with CFDP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CFDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5E-9P grouped by CFDP1-low versus CFDP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
