Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,969 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFDP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with CFDP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFDP1-to-partner and partner-to-CFDP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by CFDP1-low versus CFDP1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
