mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL57P3, MIR7976, and MIR4497. Each is linked with CFD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFD-to-partner and partner-to-CFD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
