CFB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P4, MIR4659A, and RPS28P1. Each is linked with CFB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFB-to-partner and partner-to-CFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P4 grouped by CFB-low versus CFB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
