CFB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 718 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2J2, PRAMEF18, and FAM24A. Each is linked with CFB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFB-to-partner and partner-to-CFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2J2 grouped by CFB-low versus CFB-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
