CFAP99

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP99 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,145 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP99-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC96, RSPH1, and ZFYVE28. Each is linked with CFAP99 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP99-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP99 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP99→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP99) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
