CFAP99

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP99 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,499 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP99-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT57, RPGR_S961, and RSPH1. Each is linked with CFAP99 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP99-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP99 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP99→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP99) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
