CFAP97D2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP97D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,350 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP97D2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, WDR35, and TPPP3. Each is linked with CFAP97D2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP97D2-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP97D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP97D2 versus WDR19 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP97D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP97D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
