Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP97D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,841 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CFAP97D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Type 2 mitophagy, Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and Negative regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway via death domain receptors. Each is linked with CFAP97D1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP97D1-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP97D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Type 2 mitophagy grouped by CFAP97D1-low versus CFAP97D1-high in STOMACH.
